Moreno Elementary currently has an English learner population of 250 students. Whereas the majority of our English learners are Spanish speaking, we do have students who speak Vietnamese, Tagalog, Mandarin, Khmer, Arabis, Armenian, Dutch, Farsi, Punjabi and Urdu. The goal of our program is to help students acquire English in a safe and friendly environment, while maintaining their cultural awareness.
