Moreno Elementary Named to "Star School Honor Roll" - Only MVUSD School & One of Only 7 in County
Once again, thanks to our teachers, staff, parents and students for making our school one of the best examples of educational excellence in the state! Moreno Elementary School was just named an “Honor Roll Star School” by the California Business for Education Excellence Foundation and Just for the Kids – CA, one of only 126 schools in the state recognized with significant populations of socio-economically disadvantaged students that have shown a significant increase in grade-level proficiency and achievement gap reduction over four years for all subgroups.
